How booking works
- Choose your service and your date and time online.
- Pay a 25% deposit to secure your time slot. You receive a confirmation email right away.
- Pay the remaining balance at the salon on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable
Your deposit reserves time in our schedule that we cannot offer to another client. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable. If something comes up, contact us as soon as possible at +1 845-290-3189.
Before your appointment
- If your service does not include hair, bring your braiding hair or bundles — or buy them in our beauty supply.
- Please arrive on time: most braiding styles take about 4 hours.
